Pricing
Two rates, published.
$21.00/ endpoint / month
Desktops, laptops and the operational terminals in a warehouse or workshop. 20-endpoint minimum.
$99.00/ server / month
Server Management is a separate line item, billed under its own rate. A server is never counted as an endpoint.
Onboarding is a one-time $25.00 per endpoint, covering discovery, deployment and initial configuration. Add Managed SOC for security operations, or Managed Network to cover the infrastructure between them.

How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Monitoring catches most failures before a ticket is raised. When you do raise one, it goes to the same small team every time rather than a tiered queue, and the majority are resolved remotely without waiting for a visit.
Does patching happen during working hours?
No. Patching runs on a schedule agreed with you, normally outside your operating hours, so machines are not restarting mid-shift. Critical security patches can be expedited when the risk warrants it.
What happens to the tickets and history if we leave?
Your asset inventory and documentation are yours. We hand over what we hold rather than treating your own environment records as leverage.
