How it works.
From first conversation to steady state.
- 01
Discovery
We inventory every device, user and application you actually have. It is almost always more than expected, and it sets the endpoint count your price is based on.
- 02
Deployment
Monitoring goes on every endpoint, patching policy is set, and security tooling is configured. No hardware replacement required to begin.
- 03
Management
Round-the-clock monitoring, automated patching and helpdesk support. Most problems are found and fixed before anyone opens a ticket.
- 04
Review
Regular reporting on what was patched, what was blocked and what is ageing out, so budget conversations start from evidence.
Why GuideAhead.
Published pricing
The price is on this page. You do not need a discovery call to find out what managed IT costs.
Predictable billing
One rate per endpoint per month. Adding a laptop adds $21.00, not a renegotiated contract.
Security as a decision, not a surprise
Managed SOC is a defined add-on at a published rate, so you choose your level of protection rather than discovering it in a quote.
One local team
The same people handle your website, your office network and your endpoints. One number to call when something is wrong.
Found before reported
Monitoring and alerting mean most failures surface to us first. The goal is that you notice fewer problems, not that you report them faster.
Scales without rebuilding
Add endpoints, servers or the security add-on as you grow. Nothing gets ripped out to move up.

Questions
Before you ask.
What counts as an endpoint?
Desktops, laptops and the operational terminals in a warehouse or workshop. Servers are billed separately under Server Management at $99.00 per server per month, so a server is never counted as an endpoint. Phones and tablets are not counted either.
Why is there a 20-endpoint minimum?
Managed IT is delivered by a small team that answers directly rather than routing you through a tiered queue, and that only holds together above a certain scale. 20 endpoints is where the ongoing monitoring, patching and helpdesk commitment stays sustainable at our published per-endpoint rate. If you are under that, contact us anyway. We handle smaller engagements outside the managed plan and will tell you honestly what fits.
What does the one-time onboarding fee cover?
The $25.00 per endpoint one-time charge covers discovery of every device, deployment of monitoring and security tooling, and initial configuration for each endpoint we bring under management. It is billed once at the start of service, not on a recurring basis.
Can I take Managed SOC without Managed IT?
No. The security add-on depends on the monitoring, patching and management underneath it. Security layered over unmanaged, unpatched machines produces alerts nobody can act on.
Why does Managed Network not have a published price?
Because it genuinely varies. Pricing depends on device type, device count and how the network is architected, and a single building with heavy wireless coverage can carry more work than an office with three times the staff. Everything else we sell has a published price, and this one is quoted honestly rather than padded to look simple.
Do I have to replace my hardware to get started?
No. Onboarding works with the equipment you already have. Discovery will tell you what is ageing out, but that is information for your budget, not a precondition.
Is the estimate on this page a binding quote?
No. Both figures are estimates: the recurring monthly total and the one-time onboarding total. They use the same arithmetic we bill on, so neither will be a surprise, but the final numbers follow discovery and confirmation of your actual endpoint and server counts.
Tell us how many endpoints you have.
That is genuinely all we need to give you a real number.
