Endpoint monitoring, patching, identity management, helpdesk and threat response are all delivered remotely. That is not a compromise: it is how the work gets done fastest, because nothing waits on a van. It also means response time depends on our queue rather than on the interstate.
Managed IT starts at $23.00 per endpoint per month, published, with the same rate whether you are ten minutes away or four hours.
Some things do need hands on them. A failed switch, a cabling problem, a new office. For those we are explicit about what we can promise, and it depends on where you are.

Under two and a half hours from our Conyers base, so an onsite visit is a same-day trip rather than an overnight.

Everything we do remotely we do here, on the same terms and at the same rate. Onsite visits are arranged in advance rather than promised same-day.
