Managed IT services in Fulton County.
Fulton is the largest business market in Georgia and the least uniform. A software company in Alpharetta, a law firm in Buckhead and a freight broker in College Park are all Fulton County businesses, and almost nothing about their technology looks the same.
Working in Fulton County.
Fulton really contains three economies. North Fulton, through Alpharetta and Johns Creek, is dense with software, fintech and professional services, and tends to arrive already having opinions about identity management and device policy. The central corridor from Downtown through Midtown and Buckhead is dominated by professional practices where the binding constraint is usually a client or insurer asking hard questions about controls. South Fulton, around the airport in College Park, East Point and Hapeville, runs on logistics and light industry, where the office is a small part of the estate and the warehouse floor is most of it. Managed IT is $23.00 per endpoint per month across all three, because the work per device does not change with the zip code.
Support is remote-first. Monitoring, patching, helpdesk and security work happen without anyone driving anywhere, which is how most issues get resolved and why response does not depend on traffic. When something genuinely needs hands on it, Fulton County is our home market and we come out.

Questions
Fulton County, specifically.
We have an office in Alpharetta and one downtown. Can a single agreement cover both?
Yes, and it is the normal arrangement. Billing is per endpoint rather than per location, so two offices with forty devices between them cost the same as one office with forty. Each site gets its own network monitoring if it has its own firewall and switching, at $199.00 per site per month.
Does a business in the middle of Atlanta need a provider that will come on site?
Less often than most people expect. Patching, monitoring, account management and the large majority of helpdesk tickets are handled remotely, and that is true whether you are in Midtown or two hours away. Onsite matters for physical work: cabling, a dead switch, a new office build-out. Fulton is our home market, so we come out for those.
Our headcount changes every quarter. How does that affect what we pay?
Billing follows the endpoint count month to month, so adding six people adds six endpoints and nothing has to be renegotiated. The published minimum is twenty endpoints. Growth in the other direction works the same way, which matters more than it sounds when a contract year is involved.
